Can you hang upside down for 60 hours? No? Neither can David Blaine.

David Blaine’s new trick was simple but dangerous: to hang upside down for three days in Central Park, New York. But Blaine fans were not happy. Why?

Blaine came down every hour. He drank, went to the toilet and talked to a doctor. Doctors said he had to do this so that he did not die.

But the fans are not happy. “It’s cheating,” said one person.

Blaine is a world-famous magician. In 2000, he was in ice for 72 hours, in 2006 he stayed underwater for seven days and he went without food for 44 days.

But his new stunt was ‘too easy’. Now Blaine is preparing a new trick. “It will be incredible!” he says.
